Shipping & Delivery Processing & Shipping Timeline All urns are made to order and ship directly from our supplier in the United States via FedEx with tracking.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of your order. Most orders arrive sooner, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
What to Expect Order Confirmation:
- You'll receive an email confirming your order
- Shipping Notification: Once your urn ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Delivery: FedEx will deliver directly to the address provided at checkout
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Due to current trade conditions and cross-border shipping requirements, rates from US suppliers have increased. We work hard to keep our urn pricing competitive to offset these shipping costs.
Inventory Note:
We do not maintain physical inventory at our Headingley location. All urns are shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive a fresh, high-quality product.
